Safety First

The reason for these new laws revolves around the safety of the home owners, workers and anyone who may have cause to be in the house. EPA’s Requirement

This new law states that as of April of this year, any contactors hired to work in a manner that would disturb old lead-based paint in a home, child care facility or school built before 1978 must have undergone required certification training.
